Anne Heath, became a Marriage Celebrant with the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2018, through the Chesterfield County Virginia Court. In 2024, Anne became a Registered Officiant in the State of West Virginia. Anne is also Ordained through Universal Life Ministries (ULC) and American Marriage Ministries (AMM) for weddings in other states that accept these certifications. Since becoming an officiant she performs an average of 50 ceremonies a year.

Anne Heath is a member of the IAPWO - International Association of Professional Wedding Officiants.

Tree of Life Wedding Officiant also has access to an American Sign Language (ASL) signer for rehearsals & ceremonies.

Services are available for Signings, Elopements, Mini-monies, Rehearsals, Ceremonies, Vow Renewals, and Event Blessings.

Officiant services include:

A one hour talk a month prior to the wedding to get to know each other and to plan the ceremony, it can be a religious, non-religious, or a themed ceremony, and will incorporate elements into the ceremony that the couple wants, such as unity ceremonies. examples Candle, Sand, Wine Blending, Handfasting, Paint Pours, etc. Client is responsible for providing all items needed for these. Every ceremony is Personalized to the couple, so your wedding will be unique to you.

A one hour ceremony rehearsal, if requested.

One hour on the wedding day. Most ceremonies are 15-30 minutes depending upon what you want.

Signing of your marriage license. A picture of the signed license for proof it was signed, and the signed license mailed to the courthouse as required by Virginia Law.

For those who would like a Legal Marriage License Signing so that a Family Member or Friend can perform the ceremony on their special day, Tree of Life offers 4 options.

1 - The Couple comes to our office in Chesterfield the week prior to the wedding.

2 - Anne comes to your location the week prior to the wedding.

3 - Anne comes to your wedding venue the morning of the wedding.

4 - Anne comes to your wedding venue at the time of the ceremony to observe the wedding.

NOTE The License is Dated the Day it is Signed. It is Illegal to Post Date the License.

Tree of Life Wedding Officiant carries $1,000,000 in Liability Insurance through Peep Insurance.

Fees are determined by the Date, Day, Time(s), Venue, Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Driving Distance.
